Membership in the Billiard Education Foundation (BEF) is required. The BEF is not affiliated with any league and is dedicated solely to the education and promotion of the sport among our young players. Yearly BEF membership is $10 and players can sign up on the morning of the tournament or onwww.billiardeducation.org.
