Old style pin and inlaid shaft

Looks like someone modernized an old Brunswick. Not a full conversion because you say original type joint.

The butt plate an weight bolt were updated. Probably turned butt down a bit too.

Cue might be 90 or 100 years old...

Or someone made a cue to look like such.

Commonly used to repair broken shafts way back when. Is it a 4 pointer or butterfly splice?
