Refinishing Diamond table - 10-07-2012, 05:55 PM

I know I have seen a thread on this but I have searched and can't find it. I bought a 9 ft Diamond and before I get it re assembled, I want to re finish the wood. Looking for the best method. I have some Lacquer and was thinking of sanding and applying. Any thoughts?

The oak rails should be reworked before you refinish the top. PM GLEN aka realkingcobra. He posted pics and info on a set he reworked top to bottom
