Be sure to sign up online www.ctsondemand.com by 3 Feb to avoid late fees and there is no convenience charge to pay by credit card. If you choose to fax or mail in your entry form it must be fax stamped or pot dated 3 Feb. however, late entries are welcome.

CSI owns the event 'US Bar Table Championship'. You cannot go out and make a commemorative T-shirt to sell without authorization or agreement from CSI.

Far as I know, there was no such authorization.

I guess you and Mark have some talking to do.
