🌵Rare Franklin Satin South West w/Cactus Logo🌵 - 10-22-2020, 03:56 PM

I have a very rare Franklin South West Satin for sale, less than 12 ever made and only made during one year in 1993 with the cactus logo.

Condition is very good, especially for a cue that’s 27 years old and was an everyday player. I had both shafts recently cleaned by Proficient Billiards so they are in excellent condition. The butt is in excellent condition with a few very very small dings that you can only notice by touch. The wrap is in very good shape but could use a cleaning and repress. The butt has a small lift/roll, less than a credit card. The black collars on the butt and shaft show minor signs of wear as can be seen in the photos. I left it in original condition but if you want it mint a simple refinish would do the trick with no problem. Overall it’s a fantastic rare cue that plays lights out and should be in any serious South West cue collection!

SPECS:
Butt: 16.02oz. 28.75”
Shaft 1: 3.53oz. 12.85mm 29”
Shaft 2: 3.60oz. 12.35mm 29”

I will ship worldwide at buyers cost. Free shipping to CONUS.

Trades welcome but prefer cash or cash added. Trades must be in my favor and trade value is higher.

SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE!
PRICE $3750

Different cue and you only had 1 shaft with yours. SWs have gone up significantly in value in this past year alone. 9-10 years ago I should have bought every SW I saw. They are the Netflix of pool cues.

...yet I can't find a cactus logo anywhere. ???? Ah, I see it now! It's one of those puzzles: find the cactus.

Both of your shafts are SW?

What does a laughably out of touch old man sound like?

The previous owner had this cue for 25+ years as his everyday player and bought it from the original owner. He said they were the original shafts that came with the cue so I only have his word to go by.

Just curious. I thought I knew the answer but what makes it a “satin” cue?

That’s what I believed. Just looked a touch shiny.
