It's awesome. They have 3 tournaments in a row (10-ball, 9-ball, 8-ball). I hink it's $125 entry each. !0 ball was a race to 7 last year, 9-ball race to 9, and 8-ball race to 5. Double elimination with alternate breaks. TAR goes there too! The rooms are cheap. I love that tournament...but wait, there's an added bonus this year. We may actually get to see Cocobolo Cowboy with our own eyes!!!!

IOf you stay at Circus, Circus, and you wil find out why the rooms are cheap.
Harrah's & Silver Legacy are the nice places to stay, also Bring Warm Cloths in February. Think SNOW.

Where are the "unique" things about Reno? I would hope you have at least one!

You don't find signs like this at Shaw AFB.
Only in Reno area.

I won't be having any "experences" there. Never needed a whore and hopefully won't ever need one.

ok.. from a guy that has lived in Reno for many years of my life..
the Truckee river bridge on Virginia street. is known as divorce bridge... get married in Vegas.. divorced in Reno.. many throw their wedding rings off this bridge.. in the summer time you can find scuba divers in the river in this area looking for rings...
on the same note.. the pawn shops in Reno have to most extensive collection of wedding rings.. of any pawn shops in any other city..
the Truckee river does not flow to an ocean... it just flows into pyramid lake no water flows out.. of that lake and that lake never gets any bigger...
Pyramid lake is a rare home for one species of fish.. that is one of the oldest continually living species on planet earth.. it pre dates dinosaurs
the mountains around Reno are home to the bristlecone pine tree.. the oldest living things on earth..many of which are older than Jesus... literally.. 2-3000 years old.. and still able to reproduce..
Harrahs auto collection... that is just plain cool....imagine a Boss Hogg style Cadillac.. covered completely in silver dollars.... lots of cool stuff there.
Reno is a cool city I love it when I am there.
