have you tried meletonin. that is a natural suplement.. if it gets really bad try a trazadone.. when you find the right dose for you. you will sleep all night and wake up refreshed... also if you take a bit more and fight it for 30 mins you can have a great trip haha..
Yeah, come visit anytime. I'm actually 1.5 hours south and west of maryland, the nearest pool hall for me is Manassas, VA (almost northern tip of virginia). They have several good halls near me, assuming 40 minutes away counts as near :P
