Efren's cue before the "Jessie"

As most people know by now, The first time we saw on video that Efren used his Jessie cue was when he won the 1994 U.S. Open. Now at the same time he was using an older cue that has stained forearm as his break and playing cue. I also believed that this is the same cue that he used back in the 80's although the forearm was not stained as it was in the early 90's. Can anybody shed some light on this? Specs? Is this his "Boyet" cue?
