You can do it, and I would suggest you stop trying to make it complicated and concentrate on what's important - MOMENTUM....pocket billiards and most games and sports and even LIFE is about momentum. It's not like just trading punches in boxing, it's about FLURRIES....and these flurries in pool are either flurries of balls being pocketed or racks being run depending on your skill level RIGHT NOW......Focus on that and just keep telling yourself calmly "Play Well"....and think about WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO to "play well"..does this mean practicing certain shots? Getting in better shape? Staying more positive and looking for the "good things in life"? ......You decide and make it simple.....the secret is always in the simplicity of life.
