Phenolic inserts for shaft

More or less "just-in-case" because so far wood without insert works ok. I saturate with super glue, and then wax. But i see a lot of you guys use inserts and it's a good idea.

Edited - OK. More search, found Atlas billiard sells the rolled rod. Thanks!
