DVD Blog

Posted 04-11-2009 at 07:59 AM by ForumGhost516

Ok my family and I just drove down to Florida from NY and it was a trek but I had a lot of great pool dvd's to keep me company on the trip. I would personally like to thank all the people that made these dvds possible as they seemed to be a great training aid on the road.

Just a thought.

Cisero Murphy Pool Cue FOR SALE!!

Posted 04-10-2009 at 02:48 PM by robyn_cuyler

So, I happened to inherit a pool cue from my Dad who got it from Cisero Murphy. Anyways, I would like to sell it. I believe it is made by George Balabushka. Well, if anyone is interested in buying it, please let me know. It is believed to be one in a set of 10 that a museum in Ohio has. That museum offered us 30,000 for it, but my sisters and I were being sentimental at the time and didnt want to sell. I was told it is worth more. Well, I guess just pass the word along and see if anyone is interested....

Florida Blog

Posted 04-10-2009 at 02:05 PM by ForumGhost516

Hey whats up guys I am not sure if anyone cares or not but I am currently in Florida away from pool for two weeks. Im with my family and my amazing gf.

When I get back though I will be redoubling my efforts as a pool player to get better and to play more tournaments and play better people. I would like to focus on more match play and put more effort into practice making the most of my time and not just banging balls.

In this commitment I plan on finally calling Tony...

WPBA San Diego Classic

Posted 04-09-2009 at 04:48 PM by AzHousePro

Still recovering from the trip to Alpine California for the WPBA San Diego Classic.

What a great show. The three days I spent there was the longest I have been at a Classic Tour event and it is very interesting to see how the level of play rises from day one to day three.

Although a couple of players ran out of gas late on day three, the majority of the players still in the running took their game to a different level.

Of particular note was Jeanette...

Posted 04-09-2009 at 04:02 PM by Tom In Cincy

First time BLOGGER, long time LURKER/Posters/Chat member.

I first started reading AZ Billiards back in those days before BLOGs/Twitter/YouTube/Myspace/FaceBook and of course Streaming Video and TAG.

How did I get along without those things then?

Still playing, running tournaments and learning about Pocket Billiards.
