Then it just gets ignored in the area that those particular Americans are in.
Being able to declare the United States constitution meaningless in areas of the United States makes the entire document meaningless. It either applies to all of us and all of our land or it doesn't apply at all. Choosing when and where or who it applies to makes it worth about as much as a fortune cookie msg!!!!!!!!!
