An unemployed guy walks into a pool hall...

I started playing pool because I thought the movie "The Color of Money" was great and I liked the idea that girls might somehow equate my posing smartly with a cue stick to Tom Cruise and money in some weird desperate fashion... such is life for the socially challenged.
I did well as a 20-something in the Army. Rocking around the planet with an assault rifle and a cue stick. I won a few tournaments, made some cash in halls and didn't give pool a second thought when I left the service. I closeted my cues for a good 20 years.
So now I'm back! (queue Color of Money end credit music)
My Blog here is something I've considered for a couple months now and I really don't know what form it will take ultimately, but I have fond hopes.
